Aluminium 1100 fittings are made from 99% pure aluminium, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and superior formability. The composition primarily consists of aluminium, with small amounts of iron, copper, manganese, and silicon. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 105 MPa, yield strength of 35 MPa, and elongation of 30%. These fittings are lightweight, non-heat treatable, and highly ductile, making them ideal for applications requiring easy fabrication and resistance to environmental stress, such as in electrical and chemical industries.
